I have been working with Interactive Accountants for more than a year, and the team handles my monthly reconciliations, payroll, and taxes. In the first year we worked together, they saved me almost $30,000 in taxes, and corrected issues that I had because of previous accountants not paying attention. Since I have been working with them, they protect me from getting a big surprise tax bill at the beginning of the year and make sure all of my records are perfect. They make sure I know all the new tricks to make things work efficiently, like snapping receipts in the quickbooks phone app. I am confident that my books are perfect and they take great care of me as a client. Interactive Accountants have been helping me with my accounting for my ecommerce store for over 2 years. It is so refreshing to know exactly what my monthly accounting fees will be, to have all my questions answered and have regular check ins. They are really well setup with quickbooks and integrations with my shopify store and financial institutions. I like that I can have annual meetings to fully discuss the best options for me and that I have regular check-ins from them on what needs to be done, filed and looked at. With a new business, there are so many moving parts and Interactive Accountants provided a streamlined process to organize and maintain my business and personal finance records.
